1 Brake Valves for Drive Systems
bremsventirl_bohrgeraet
Brake valves of this design are used as safety valves for applications with drive motors on drilling rigs. They protect the motor during downhill operation or pulling loads from excessive speeds and potential cavitation on the inlet side of the motor. The braking process is supported.
2 Lowering Brake Valve for Kinematic Cylinders
senkbrems_bohrgeraet
Lowering brake valves of this design ensure that pulling loads on the kinematic cylinder can be lowered in a controlled manner. The LHC type valves have integrated additional vibration damping. Furthermore, these valves are opened independently of load pressure.
3 Lowering Brake Valve for Winch Motor or Kinematic Functions, MotionOne
senkbrems_winde_bohr
The MotionOne lowering brake valve is suitable for the winch motor or for the kinematic cylinder on drilling rigs. The modular design with various control options ensures maximum flexibility during commissioning. The MotionOne is suitable for applications with slight to severe vibration susceptibility. The newly developed damping cartridge is particularly suitable for applications with severe vibration susceptibility.
4 6/2 Directional Control Valves for Switching Pump Volume Flow from Drive System to Drilling Drive
62wege_bohr
A 6/2 directional control valve can be used on a drilling rig to switch the pump volume flow from the drive system to the drilling drive. The switching can be performed electrically, hydraulically, or via manual lever on the pilot control of the 6/2 directional control valve. The valve is also available with position monitoring, so the actual switching position of the directional control valve can be monitored and processed, for example, in a safety control system.
5 Series-Parallel Valve for Drill Head
reihen_parallel_bohr
The drive for drill heads is usually implemented with multiple hydraulic motors. If at least two motors are used, they can be controlled in two different operating modes. In parallel operation, the maximum torque is achieved with the motors, since the maximum pressure can act on each motor. If the maximum torque is not required, the motors can be operated in series mode at double speed. The valve is available in various designs, so that up to 4 motors can be switched.
