Forage Harvester

The quick stop valve is designed to bring a hydraulic motor to a standstill in the shortest possible time, controlled by an electronic signal. It can be used wherever extremely short response times are required when stopping a hydraulic motor. One application is in forage harvesters, where the feed rollers for the chopped material must be stopped abruptly when metallic objects enter the intake. The quick stop valve is flange-mounted directly to the motor.
