Counterbalance valves in this series prevent hydraulic actuators from running ahead of the incoming volumetric flow. They shut off the actuator leak-free, and opening is load-pressure-independent via the pressure on the opposite side.

The newly developed MotionOne counterbalance valve is suitable for motor and cylinder applications and is the right choice when it comes to precisely controlling and positioning high loads with up to 600 l/min. The modular design with various actuation options ensures maximum flexibility during commissioning.
MotionOne is suitable for applications with low to high susceptibility to vibration. In particular, the newly developed damping cartridge is suitable for applications with high susceptibility to vibration. In line with the modular system, MotionOne essentially allows users to choose between a standard cover with or without a pressure relief valve, electrical proportional actuation, or the newly developed damping cartridge.
