Check valves for outrigger cylinders

Description

Double check valves in cartridge design can be directly screwed into the outrigger cylinder. The valve provides protection against a load lowering in the event of a line break in the supply lines. The valves are designed as pilot operated valves. Hardened components (seat and plug) guarantee no leakage oil in the rest position and a long service life. The valve can be used for up to max. 70 lpm and can be loaded with 500 bar. A screw-in body is available for the valve. In a second version, the piston rod side is only preloaded by a pressure valve. This ensures a safe holding in the retracted position and an absolutely vibration-free extension at low inlet pressures.
