Machining Technician (Turning Technology)
We are looking for a Machining Technician specializing in Turning Technology to strengthen our production team as soon as possible. In this position, you will work on high-precision components in the micron range and make a significant contribution to the quality and performance of our hydraulic valve technology.
Your future responsibilities:
- Machining of precision parts in the micron range (hard turning, honing, grinding)
- Setting up and tooling CNC machining centers
- Monitoring individual production steps and manufactured parts according to quality standards
- Troubleshooting disruptions in production processes
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a machining technician or precision mechanic, or comparable qualifications
- Quality-conscious and independent work ethic
- Proficient in reading technical drawings
- CNC programming knowledge (Fanuc, Siemens controls)
