Quick stop valve
| The quick stop valve is used to bring a hydraulic motor to a standstill in the shortest possible time, controlled by an electronic signal. It can be used wherever extremely short reaction times are required when stopping a hydraulic motor. One application is in forage harvesters, where the feed rollers for the chopped material must be stopped abruptly if metallic objects enter the feed. The quick stop valve is flanged directly to the motor. |
