The valve provides protection against a load dropping in the event of a line break in the supply lines. The valves are designed as pilot-operated valves. Hardened components (seat and cone) guarantee zero leakage in the rest position and a long service life. The valve is suitable for up to max. 70 lpm and can withstand pressures up to 500 bar. Multi-section masts moved by cylinders often tend to vibrate. If damping is insufficient, this can also be caused by the actuation of a cylinder. The often necessary reduction of the consumer speed and the clamping of the cylinders can be avoided by choosing WESSEL valves. Hardened steel for the housing and spool ensures high wear resistance and safety! The valves can be connected using a hollow bolt or with 4 screws. The valve consists of three main components: \u2013 inlet plate \u2013 directional control valve sections \u2013 end plate. Control is proportional, either electrical or hydraulic; manual operation via a hand lever is also possible. The MCV-1SP directional control valve can be used as a main control valve or as an additional section for functional expansion in mobile machinery. By connecting to the existing hydraulic system, additional work functions can be easily integrated into the machine. The valve can withstand up to 500 bar and is delivered pre-set. This valve is suitable, for example, for lifting cylinders in mobile cranes.
