Proportional Flow Control Valve for Double-Acting and Single-Acting Consumers
Application description
Proportional Flow Control Valve for Two Attachments
The valve allows two attachments to be operated independently. Energizing the proportional pilot valves VStA or VStB actuates the 4/3 directional control valve. A double-acting attachment, such as shears (open/close), is thus supplied via connections A and B. By energizing the proportional pilot valve VSt1, a flow rate regulated by an upstream pressure compensator is provided at connection H. This can be used for operating single-acting consumers, such as a hammer or a compactor. Both consumers can be limited in their maximum operating pressure by pressure relief valves that operate on the pressure cut-off principle. The upstream 2-way pressure compensators maintain a constant pressure difference. Thus, the consumers are supplied with the required flow rate independently of the load. The valve provides an internal LS signal for the pump.
Features
– Suitable for one double-acting and one single-acting auxiliary consumer
– Electrically proportional control of the output flow rate
– Suitable for load-sensing systems
– Additional intermediate plate with external pilot supply for use in closed circuits
