FDV-X
The flow divider ensures load-pressure-independent volume flow distribution for up to 6 actuators.
The valve consists of an inlet section for pump ports A and B. One actuator can be controlled in both directions per section, making the flow divider suitable for double-acting actuators, such as hydraulic motors on travel drives (forward, reverse). The load-pressure-independent volume flow distribution is realized by pressure compensators and fixed orifices. The valve operates according to the LUDV principle, as the actuator with the highest load pressure reports the LS pressure to the downstream pressure compensators; this prevents possible undersaturation, as the actuators lose speed to the same extent.
